Overview
At Tech Celerity Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd., all service agreements, projects, and engagements are entered into with a clear commitment from both parties. This Cancellation Policy outlines our firm position on cancellations across all service types.
Please read this policy carefully before entering into any agreement with us.
1. No Cancellation Policy
All confirmed orders, agreements, and engagements with Tech Celerity Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. are non-cancellable.
Once a project or service is confirmed — whether through a signed proposal, statement of work, purchase order, advance payment, or written mutual agreement — it is considered a binding commitment. No cancellation will be accepted or processed under any circumstance, including:
- Change of mind or internal business changes by the client
- Budget constraints arising after confirmation
- Changes in client-side team or management
- Dissatisfaction unrelated to the agreed scope of work
- Delays attributable to the client
2. Why We Do Not Accept Cancellations
Upon confirmation of any project or service:
- Resources are immediately allocated — developers, designers, project managers, and QA engineers are assigned to your project
- Infrastructure and tools are provisioned and licensed
- Third-party services (hosting, domains, APIs) may be procured on your behalf
- Opportunity cost is incurred as we may have declined other projects to accommodate your engagement
Given this commitment of resources and planning, cancellations are not operationally or financially viable for us to accommodate.
3. Client Obligations
By confirming an engagement with us, the client agrees to:
- Honour all payment milestones as per the agreed schedule, regardless of project pace or internal delays on the client’s side
- Provide timely feedback, content, approvals, and access required for the project
- Do not abandon or cease communication mid-project
Failure to fulfil these obligations does not entitle the client to a cancellation or refund. Outstanding invoices will remain due and payable in full.
4. Project Pause (At Our Discretion)
While cancellations are not permitted, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, a temporary project pause may be considered purely at our discretion and is subject to:
- A formal written request submitted to [email protected]
- Mutual written agreement on pause duration (maximum 30 days)
- All pending invoices are being cleared before the pause is granted
- Acknowledgement that resuming the project may involve revised timelines
A project pause is not a cancellation and does not waive any payment obligations.
5. Completion of Engagement
All projects will be carried through to completion as per the agreed scope. If a client becomes unresponsive or abandons the project, we reserve the right to:
- Mark the project as complete and close the engagement
- Retain all payments received
- Invoice for any outstanding balance on completed milestones
- Withhold delivery of final files or access until full payment is received
6. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
